Report on Lesia B.

Oksana visited with military widow Lesia B. She is going through a difficult season right now. Besides the trouble in Ukraine, she also has her own challenges. Recently her deceased husband’s birthday passed and it brought back memories, and not long after that, her aunt passed away.

On Sunday, we had a Bible lesson and Lesia cried when she prayed. She passionately prayed for her relatives, the other widows, the protection of Ukraine from the war, and those who defend Ukraine. 

Oksana called Lesia many times to support her through the pandemic. Eventually the two of them decided to meet (they met outside as a precaution against the coronavirus). Oksana delivered a certificate from MMK to Lesia, a food package from our partners, and a samaritan bag for her son.

Oksana and Lesia had a great time together. Lesia is very grateful for the support we provide! She asks for prayer for her health, her son, her parents, and for God's protection for Ukraine.
