October Bible Lesson in Druzhkovka

Irina always looks forward to our Bible lessons in Druzhkovka—she really loves those people. This time she led a discussion on the question: If God loves us, then why do we have to suffer? Irina thought of this topic while attending the Children’s Trauma Healing Workshop and following her friend’s mother’s death.

During our Bible lesson in Light of the Gospel Church and on the following day in Christ Design Church, we talked about the reasons for our suffering. It was a difficult topic. Many people shared about the pain they were going through, so we turned to the Scriptures together and looked for the answers. Glory be to God—we managed to find them! In the end, Irina invited people to make the right choice in life, to reconcile with God and seek His ways.

After the lesson, many came up to Irina, thanked her for the support, and asked her for prayer! It was such a great time! Afterward, they all had a chat and drank tea with the delicious treats they prepared together!

Praise be to God for the opportunity to walk alongside these people in their faith journey.
